Social Manager
Connect social accounts, create content, manage artwork, and schedule publishing.

Facebook images and links
When one or more images are assigned to Facebook, Social Manager publishes the copy and photos without attaching the link or button to the payload. This prevents Facebook from replacing the images with the automatic website preview. A URL written in the copy remains readable in the post.
Facebook links, website previews, and buttons are used only for posts without images. The composer preview also hides the button whenever the Facebook destination contains images, so it reflects the format that will actually be published.
Copy in already-published posts
Online editing preserves actual line breaks: Facebook and other updatable channels must not display technical sequences such as \n. The update affects only fields supported by the provider.
The images of an already-published Facebook post are not replaced by Edit post. To change its attachments, delete the content from the social network and publish a new post with the correct images.
Clean the gallery without losing content
You can remove images and videos from the gallery after preparing content. If an asset is used by a draft, a scheduled or published post, or an artwork project, it disappears from the gallery but remains available in the existing work.
Its storage space is released once the asset is no longer used by any content or project. Before removing a useful draft or project, check that it does not contain the only copy of work you want to retain. For older posts whose file had already been deleted, Dashboard and Content show Image no longer available instead of a broken preview, without changing the historical post.
Image and video names and actions
Every image or video has two rows below its preview. The first displays the file name and actual format, such as PNG, JPEG, MP4, MOV, or WEBM; use the pencil to assign a clearer name without losing its description or tags. The second contains Download, Enlarge, and Delete.
When you select multiple images, a central circle displays 1, 2, 3, and so on: this is their publishing order and it is renumbered automatically when you remove a selection. An alert inside the library explains channel limits: for example, Google will publish image 1 only, while Facebook can also receive the following images. Enlarge opens the image or video without selecting it for the post. Shared-gallery files can be downloaded and viewed, but cannot be renamed or deleted.
Edit one channel, mentions, and first comment
In the composer, the left column contains accounts and the three media paths: Publish a video, Publish images, and Create a graphic. Channel customizations no longer occupy a second list: choose Edit directly on the relevant preview.
If shared copy contains a word beginning with @, previews for compatible providers display a warning until the mention is verified. Open Edit and keep typing after @: the menu below the caret searches Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube online and displays loading and results. LinkedIn mentions are temporarily disabled: on LinkedIn, @name remains plain text and no warning or search menu is displayed. Instagram verifies an exact professional username. TikTok exposes no user-search endpoint and therefore uses the exact username typed in the copy; Google Business Profile does not support native mentions. API result lists are temporary and the draft stores only the selected result.
The main panel accepts a Shared first comment for all selected LinkedIn destinations. Open Edit on an individual channel to use the shared copy, replace it with a channel-specific comment, or disable the comment. When shared copy is empty, a comment can still be prepared for only one channel. It is published after the post succeeds and requires LinkedIn Community Management access. If LinkedIn rejects the comment, the main post remains online: the composer shows a separate warning and preserves the provider response under LinkedIn technical details.
LinkedIn document preview
When a LinkedIn post uses PDF document, the composer displays an actual document page instead of a generic placeholder. Use the arrows below the image to browse every page and check the Page X of Y counter before saving or publishing.
The displayed images are used only for preview. LinkedIn still receives the single generated PDF. Saving the draft keeps its preview pages attached so they are available when the post is reopened. Dashboard uses the first page as the LinkedIn post cover and never treats the PDF as an image file. Older drafts created before this feature may retain the placeholder until their PDF is generated again.
Prevent losing an unsaved post
If you try to close the composer after changing copy, accounts, links, options, images, artwork, or video, Social Manager checks whether the work differs from the last saved version.
For new content, choose Save and create draft or Exit without saving. When editing an existing draft, the first action becomes Save draft. After saving, you return to the Drafts list instead of reopening an empty composer. The alert close control or Esc returns to the post without closing it. Closing or reloading the page also triggers the browser protection.
Edit and resize artwork elements
Double-click text to edit it directly on the artboard. Press Esc to cancel the edit, or click outside the text to confirm it.
Text corner handles scale both the text box and point size proportionally; its side handles change only width and line wrapping. For rectangles and speech bubbles, the middle handles freely change width or height, while corner handles preserve proportions.
Move any selected element by one pixel with the arrow keys, or by 10 pixels with Shift + Arrow.
Homepage widgets
From Customize homepage → Widgets, add four items from the Social Manager category: Overview, Upcoming posts, Quick actions, and Social accounts. Every widget supports compact, medium, large, and full-width formats so it can fit the available dashboard space.
Widgets are optional and never alter an existing homepage automatically. They aggregate local data from every social client owned by the ISP and do not contact providers while the page opens. They require the active module and Social Manager read permission; the New post action additionally requires write permission.
Create and adapt a post
Choose Create a post. The compact account selector stays on the left, followed by Publish a video, Publish images, and Create a graphic. On the right, compose the internal title and shared copy, ask ISPino for inspiration, and manage links and options. In the centre, all selected-channel previews remain visible together and update while you type; Edit on an individual card opens copy and link dedicated to that channel.
Publish images opens My images directly. Upload PNG or JPEG files, select one or more images, and assign the same or different sets to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Choices affect the post only after Apply images and return to post; Cancel discards them.
Each preview preserves the recognizable structure and proportions of its channel. Until a visual asset is prepared, a correctly proportioned NO IMAGE placeholder keeps the layout realistic; it is only a visual aid and is never saved or published. No invented reaction or engagement counts are displayed.
Link is the destination attached to content when supported. Facebook and Google Business Profile expose their respective actions; destination buttons require a link, while Call uses the number configured on the profile. The footer provides Save as draft, Schedule, and Publish now.
Copy, photos, and Creative Editor
Ask ISPino for inspiration only handles copy: provide the topic, goal, audience, tone, and verified facts. ISPino proposes an internal title, short paragraphs, moderate emoji, a closing phrase, hashtags, and social variants. Nothing enters the composer until you choose Use this draft.
Select at least one account and open the Creative Editor: it is available even before writing the post, and images, logos, and projects remain fully usable. Its Resources panel separates My images, private and permanently available to your ISP, My logos, which are also private, and the Image gallery, containing approved ISPino photographs shared with every ISP. The gallery can be searched by description or tag.
From Image gallery, choose Ask ISPino for another image. This action requires post copy. When it is missing, the editor displays an informational explanation and a Return to the post and write the copy button instead of reporting an error. Once copy is available, ISPino checks that the post contains enough meaningful information and displays an editable review containing the subject, setting, style, format, details, tags, and final prompt. Generation starts only after explicit confirmation. The new clean photograph is saved to the shared gallery and is not automatically inserted into the design; ISPino does not add copy, logos, or branding to it.
Photos and logos enter the artboard as free elements and never become backgrounds automatically. Move them freely and resize them from any of the four corners: their original aspect ratio stays locked, so the image cannot be distorted. Only the explicit Set as background action makes a photo fill the artboard; drag and zoom then control the visible crop without changing the original file.
The editor creates a correctly sized artboard for every selected social network. Elements can be moved, resized, rotated, duplicated, reordered, and styled with fonts, solid or gradient colours, borders, corner radius, alignment, opacity, and shadow. Undo and redo make experimentation safe. Use in posts exports a dedicated image for every channel, while the editable project remains attached to the draft and can be reopened later.
Save as project stores a reusable design privately for the ISP. My projects lists saved previews and names. Loading one replaces the current composition with an editable copy and leaves the saved original unchanged. Projects can be renamed or deleted after confirmation. ISPino never schedules or publishes automatically.
A project can contain up to 20 pages. The page bar adds, duplicates, reorders, hides from export, or deletes pages; each one retains both its base composition and channel-specific adaptations. With multiple pages, Facebook and Instagram receive images in the selected order, up to their 10-page limit. For LinkedIn, choose Multiple images or PDF document; document mode joins all visible pages into one swipeable document. Google Business Profile uses only the first visible page.
Calendar, scheduling, and states
Save draft stores content without publishing. In Drafts, reopen content with the pencil or permanently delete it with the trash button and the following confirmation. After Publish now, the app opens Content directly. This section does not repeat drafts: it contains scheduled, publishing, published, partial, and failed posts. When you open a post, its state appears in a central banner in the header, keeping the date, time, operator, and instructions readable in high-contrast text without taking a separate strip away from the content. In both lists, the first image or video preview and channel icons make each post and its destinations immediately recognizable. When a destination fails, the channel and complete publishing-process reason appear below the Error state, wrapping onto additional lines when needed. Schedule requires at least one selected account and a future date. Planner provides week, month, and list views. For every scheduled post, Content, calendar, and post details also identify the operator who scheduled it. The CLI worker handles destinations independently, so a post can become Published, Partial, or Error.
Open a failed post with the pencil to see the complete reason in the composer and correct its fields. Save corrections as draft stores the changes without publishing; only from Drafts can the operator consciously start another attempt. A scheduled post remains read-only until you choose Return to draft. A published post also opens protected: Enable editing exposes only fields that can be updated, and Save and update online immediately applies the new copy to Facebook and LinkedIn and the copy, link, and button to Google Business Profile. Instagram and already-published images cannot be changed through this flow. The result distinguishes updated, unsupported, and failed channels.
To prevent duplicates, an interrupted attempt or uncertain provider response is not automatically retried. First check the affected social network, then consciously reschedule.

Delete published content
In a published post, Delete from social networks opens an irreversible confirmation and attempts removal separately on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. The management system retains the history and outcome for every destination. Instagram requires manual deletion in its app, which is clearly reported in the result. A failure on one channel does not hide successful deletions on the others.
Official prerequisites and limits
Meta requires an administrable Facebook Page; Instagram must be professional and linked to that Page. LinkedIn requires Community Management access and an authorized organization role. Google Business Profile requires an eligible profile, an administrable location, and API access. App review, business verification, quotas, and policies remain provider-controlled and may change.
Before activation consult the official sources: Meta Facebook Login, LinkedIn OAuth, LinkedIn Posts API, Google Business Profile Posts, and Google OAuth.
Social video formats and limits
In the composer, Publish a video opens a dedicated library that is separate from the Creative Editor. My videos stores private ISP-owned MP4, MOV, and WebM files and labels each asset as portrait, square, or landscape. Select compatible channels and then the video; a summary shows pending choices and the library stays open so another file can be assigned to the remaining channels. Only Apply videos and return to post confirms the assignments; Cancel discards them. Original proportions are preserved and no copy, logo, or graphic processing is applied.
After assigning the video, Facebook offers Reel (recommended) or Standard video under Video settings. A Reel requires a vertical 9:16 video of at least 540 × 960 pixels and a duration from 4 to 60 seconds; Standard video remains available for other formats. Instagram always publishes the video as a Reel: leave Also show in Feed enabled to display the single Reel in both Feed and the Reels tab, or disable it to keep it in Reels only. No duplicate content is created.
YouTube requires a title, visibility, and made-for-kids declaration. For a new TikTok video, Comments, Duet, and Stitch start enabled and can be disabled by the operator. Privacy, any commercial disclosure, and rights confirmation must still be selected explicitly before delivery. Google Business Profile does not accept video in this local-post workflow; LinkedIn remains excluded until its official multipart upload is completed and tested.
Private library images and videos consume the ISP file-space allowance. Available quota is checked before upload and deleting a private asset releases its space. The shared ISPino Image gallery is not charged to an individual ISP. YouTube and TikTok become operational only after provider credentials, verification, and app review.
