ISP operational overview
Inspect an ISP’s billing customer link, compare billing details and review module coverage.
Last updated: 2026-09-15
Access and purpose
The Overview tab opens first for an existing ISP under SuperAdmin → ISP management → Edit. It requires ISP editing permission. Creating an ISP still starts with its details.
The overview displays saved data and helps identify information requiring review. After a change, save and reopen the tab. Viewing it does not correct customer details, activate modules or change services.
Who bills whom
The panel distinguishes the billing ISP, any brand or distributor and the linked customer. For an ISP associated with a brand, the configured Master is considered; otherwise the default billing entity is used. A domain without a corresponding brand generates a warning.
A customer is displayed only when its link is unique. Customer not linked requires reviewing the association; Multiple linked customers requires resolving the ambiguity before assessing services. Missing or ambiguous configuration is reported separately. A billing entity is not checked against itself.
Open customer details and Open services and billing appear when the Dashboard session belongs to the billing ISP and has the required CRM permissions. Otherwise sign in to the correct Dashboard and reopen this page; SuperAdmin access alone does not switch the Dashboard session.
Compare billing details
The comparison places business or account holder name, VAT number, tax code, SDI/PEC, address, city, postal code, province and country side by side. Billing values use the fields configured for the billing entity. General and invoice email addresses appear in the customer link panel.
Matches indicates matching values; Review indicates a difference, missing information or an unconfigured field. It does not certify tax validity. A different billing address may be correct: assess the case before editing. Fields empty on both records still require review.
Read modules and services
Covered modules shows coverage against modules requiring review and separates active services from services with suspended billing. Suspended billing retains coverage but requires attention. An active service does not certify that an invoice has been issued or paid.
The list shows each module, associated products, outcome and reference service. Search by module or outcome and move between pages. Outcomes distinguish missing mappings, customers or services, inactive services and an inactive suspension control. Free and explicitly exempt modules are separate and excluded from the review total.
The check concerns the billing entity shown in the overview. Mappings managed in General check belong to the default entity; missing Master mappings require dedicated configuration. Do not edit another entity’s mappings to resolve this case.
Operational summary
Information includes ISP status, license, customer count and configured limit, used, total and available storage, record dates, contact, phone, displayed account email, login domain, SMS credits and available Whatson information.
Priority items collects problematic links, fields needing review, module anomalies, suspended billing, exceeded quotas and disabled states. Unavailable information does not mean zero. An absent or unavailable Whatson profile should be checked in its own tab.
Recommended routine
- Check the billing ISP and linked customer.
- Review differing details and email addresses.
- Inspect module anomalies and suspended billing.
- Open the relevant sections to make necessary corrections.
- Save changes and reopen the overview.
Example: a module with an existing service whose billing is suspended can still be covered; separate counts prevent interpreting this as normal active billing.
