SuperAdmin: home and navigation
Navigate SuperAdmin, identify pending ISP registrations and review platform status.

Access and organization
SuperAdmin is reserved for platform administrators. Available menu entries depend on account permissions. The menu groups administration, ISPs, AI, services and communications, system and maintenance.
The interface uses a single appearance with a grey background, blue navigation and headers, light panels and blue primary actions. The title and breadcrumb identify the current page. The account menu provides access to administrator accounts, when authorized, and sign-out.
Adjust interface size
On desktop, the − and + buttons in the top bar adjust interface size from 90% to 130% in 5% steps. Click the percentage to return to 100%.
Your choice is remembered in the same browser for SuperAdmin pages, independently of the ISP Dashboard. If the browser blocks saving preferences, it applies only to the current page. On small screens the control is hidden and the standard size is used.
Registrations to review
When pending ISP registrations exist, the home displays a top alert with the total, verified email addresses and addresses still awaiting verification. Open requests leads to the list; the count also appears next to Pending registrations in the menu.
The alert and count require ISP read permission. If there are no requests, the alert is absent. A verified email does not mean a request is approved: open its summary and assess details, documents and activation requirements. Viewing the home neither approves nor rejects a registration.
After handling a request, reopen the home to review the updated summary. For example, three requests with two verified email addresses appear as three pending, two verified and one awaiting verification.
Read the home
The initial cards show total ISPs, active ISPs, online ISP accounts and documents issued today. Online accounts indicate activity within the past ten minutes. Shortcuts lead to ISP management, registrations, billing checks and reports, according to permissions.
Daily document details, monthly customer creation, operator activity and server resources follow. These are platform summaries. To inspect the billing link of a specific ISP, open its Overview tab.
Search, tables and small screens
Search menu filters available entries; it does not search ISP records. If no entries match, clear or change the text. On small screens, the menu button opens side navigation, which closes using the cross or Esc.
In tables, the current page is highlighted in blue. Disabled controls have a distinct appearance; lists with a Rows menu let you choose the number of items displayed. Filters remain associated with their columns. Long text, buttons and badges wrap within cells to remain readable when the interface is enlarged. Wider tables can be scrolled horizontally.
Delete a distributor brand
In Distributor brands, use the edit button to open a brand. Deletion is available only at the bottom of its edit page, inside the collapsed Brand deletion section, separate from saving.
Expand the section, choose Delete brand and read the confirmation identifying the brand. Cancel closes the prompt without deleting anything. Deletion is irreversible and requires SuperAdmin account editing permission. Brands with linked domains, ISPs or requests cannot be deleted; consider setting them to Inactive. Successful deletion returns to the list.
Useful checks
- Check the registrations highlighted on the home first.
- Open a request summary before deciding how to handle it.
- Review billing checks for module anomalies.
- Open an individual ISP overview to compare billing details.
- If a menu entry is missing, check account permissions.
