SENDOO WhatsApp · Free module

Your software. Your customers. WhatsApp.

Bring official WhatsApp into the CRM, business software or application you use every day. With SENDOO APIs, your software sends personalised messages from your business number and receives replies and updates through webhooks.

SENDOO WhatsApp

One connection, both directions

  1. Your software decides when to communicate.
  2. SENDOO sends the message through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform.
  3. The customer receives it on WhatsApp.
  4. The webhook returns replies and available status updates to your software.

Your customer uses WhatsApp as usual. You connect communication to your business processes.

From event to message

Let your applications communicate

APIs let two software systems work together. For example, your billing application creates an invoice and asks SENDOO to notify the customer, without manually copying the phone number and message.

Invoices and deadlines

Let your billing software notify a customer that an invoice is available, with personalised details and a link to the document.

Appointments and service updates

Connect your booking system or CRM to send confirmations, reminders and updates about a customer’s request.

Customer support

Receive customer replies in your application through a webhook and connect them to your support workflow.

Choose how to get started

The module is free and administrators can activate it from the module list without requesting activation from support. Free access applies to the module: numbers, messages and connected services follow their respective pricing terms.

With our support or your own Meta account

ISPBilling-managed number

No Meta account, or prefer not to manage one? Request a number for the service from ISPBilling. We help you get started, and you use SENDOO to manage messages, templates and integrations.

Your request goes to ISPBilling: availability and activation are agreed with you. Traffic on managed numbers is billed by ISPBilling under the service terms.

Your own Meta account

Already have a Meta WhatsApp Business account? Connect it to SENDOO, view available numbers and choose which ones to manage. You can connect multiple accounts and numbers, and select the templates you want to use.

WhatsApp traffic is charged to your Meta account. SENDOO usage follows the subscription terms for connected numbers: Meta traffic and the SENDOO service are separate charges.

From number to integration

Four steps to get started

1. Connect your number

Request a number managed by ISPBilling or connect your own Meta WhatsApp Business account. Complete the required activation steps before sending.

2. Prepare your templates

Write your message, add variables and examples, preview it and submit it to Meta for approval. You can also select templates from your connected Meta account.

3. Connect your software

Create a SENDOO API token for the number. Your developer uses the documentation to connect your software and configure the webhook for replies and status updates.

4. Send and follow the outcome

The application supplies the recipient, template and variable values. Follow the available delivery updates in SENDOO or in your integrated software.

Templates, variables and replies: how they fit together

The template defines the message; variables hold the details that change for each customer. In API requests, use the template ID shown by SENDOO and the variable names in the request example. The token authorises your software to operate on the selected number.

A webhook is the address in your software that receives notifications, such as a customer reply or a delivery update. Your developer decides how to display or use them in the CRM. A message accepted for sending is not yet a delivery confirmation.

Template approval and number activation depend on Meta. SENDOO displays available statuses and helps you prepare content, but cannot guarantee approval.

Questions before you start

Do I need a developer?

Yes, connecting external software requires your developer or software provider. SENDOO provides the APIs and documentation; it does not automatically add a WhatsApp button to every application.

Do I have to create a Meta account?

You can request the ISPBilling-managed option if you do not want to manage your own Meta account. If you already have one, you can connect it and choose which numbers to use.

How are messages personalised?

A template contains variables such as customer name or invoice number. The external software supplies the actual values for each send. Examples help with preview and approval: they do not replace the recipient’s data.

Can I try a message from the panel?

Yes. Select an available approved template, enter the recipient and fill in its variables. This sends a real message and any applicable charges apply.

Is this the same API key as ISPBilling?

No. SENDOO has dedicated tokens for WhatsApp numbers and separate API documentation. ISPBilling management API keys cannot be used in their place.

Can I manage several numbers?

Yes. Open each linked number to manage its templates, tokens, webhook and messages. An additional SENDOO number does not have to replace the default number used by the ISPBilling CRM.
