Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorised activities; to infringe third-party rights; to distribute malicious code or unsolicited content; or to bypass security measures, provider restrictions or platform quotas.

Dieffeitalia.it S.r.l. does not control external platforms and cannot guarantee the continued availability of their APIs or the approval, reach or performance of published content.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where required for security or maintenance, in the event of non-payment, unlawful or improper use, breach of these Terms or the signed agreement, or where continued operation may harm the platform, its users or third parties. Contract duration and withdrawal rules are governed by the signed licence agreement.
Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in the data-processing agreement entered into with the Customer. Connected providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
